Yoga PhilosophyIn today’s world, yoga is often reduced to a series of physical postures, without a deeper understanding of its true essence. Our Yoga Philosophy course seeks to correct this by bringing forward insights from ancient yogic literature, offering practitioners a rare opportunity to bridge the gap between theory and practice. Through an exploration of classical texts such as the *Hatha Yoga Pradipika*, *Gheranda Samhita*, and the *Patanjala Yoga Sutras*, we provide a comprehensive understanding of yoga.
